Costs for our services depend on the specific project's challenges and scope. A basement renovation of 700-1000 sqft starts at a minimum of $50,000 and goes up. Meanwhile, projects like bathroom or kitchen renovations begin at a minimum of $5,000 and increase based on project requirements.

Our construction services encompass project management, kitchen remodeling, legal basement renovation, legal second dwelling units, garden suites, bathroom renovations and full house renovations.

Since every project comes with its own challenges and no matter how prepared you are there are always surprises during construction hence many problems solving occurs as the construction progresses. Sometimes, the problems require a professional designer/ engineer to redesign or recalculate the structure or resubmit in the city for an amendment. Meanwhile, construction site work has to pause until it is clear. Other times, if it is an as-built site and a lot of unknown before work begins it can cause more time than we anticipated.

Project durations can vary due to the unique nature of each job. Typically, a legal basement project may take 6-8 weeks. Smaller bathroom or kitchen renovations might be completed in 1-2 weeks.

Our quotations are comprehensive and include both material and labor costs. We also offer flexibility to clients who prefer to supply their own materials, with a corresponding deduction from the overall quotation.
